Jews in Uncertain Times Survey

Engaging existing audiences while reaching new voices.

In 2025, JPR launched the Jews in Uncertain Times survey to capture the experiences, attitudes, and concerns of British Jews during a period of heightened uncertainty.

A key focus of the campaign was to drive engagement among existing panel members, while also reaching new participants — particularly from underrepresented sections of the community. This was achieved through targeted outreach, partnerships, and tailored messaging designed to broaden participation and strengthen the panel’s diversity.

Alongside this, the survey’s findings were presented through a planned and structured series of outputs, ensuring continued visibility and relevance over time. This approach enabled JPR to maintain engagement with audiences, while contributing to ongoing conversations across community, policy, and media spaces.

The result was strong participation, with over 4,800 panel members completing the survey, including more than 850 new participants from underrepresented groups. This was matched by sustained visibility for the survey’s findings, reinforcing JPR’s role as a key source of insight on Jewish life in the UK.

ceases to be serious when people laugh
